F.A.Q

We are a collective team that have often experienced in the care of a mental health professional, that our sense of spirituality is invalidated causing a disconnect or leaving us feeling misunderstood.  In times as such, one may go in search of sharing experience/s in life on a deeper, more meaningful level.  A spiritual life coach is a great listener and teacher and more often than not, able to guide based on their own personal experience.

First teaching is: expectation is the mother of all disappointments. By this, what we mean is, try not to have any expectations and feel into the practice, surrender and have faith.  If at any point you feel that we are not a good fit for you, there's no pressure to stay.

The spiritual rabbit hole is not for everyone and is not child's play, there is some serious shadow work that will take place here and these will be exceptionally trying times. It's not all doom and gloom though...we assure you that there are lots of laughs and you will find plenty joy in the smallest of things. Most important is that, if you remain disciplined to the practices, you will most likely not come out the same person who walked in.

Buckle up buttercup - change can only take place if you change something.  Are you ready to bear the fruit of the hard yards?

Each being moves at their own pace.  You may have a session and not want to come back!  You may have a few sessions and become a regular.  Whilst we are here to get you on your feet, our intention is to motivate and encourage you into an independent space.  In other words, you will feel warm and comfy here and then we'll need to kick you out of the nest to fly.  You are always welcome back home to visit, any time (if you bring snacks) :)

Choosing to take a spiritual, healing journey requires you to show up with a transparent, vulnerable, pure hearted intention.  Remember, here you will be met with an equal energy exchange plus interest...  What you put in, you get out and some.

You are hereby cordially invited to a space free from any judgement or advice. Instead, you will be guided with a variety of options and as we work together, you will be encouraged to tap into your own intuition for guidance. A safe space where the faith within is restored and an empowered version of you emerges.
